Important notice: AI Assistant helps users create and process content
(text, images, audio, video) using AI technologies, including third-party API providers.
Results may contain mistakes and should be verified before critical use.
1. General provisions
- These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the user and Individual Entrepreneur Zyubanov Sergey Viktorovich (the "Company") when using AI Assistant (the "Service").
- By using the Service (including registration, sign-in, request submission, and payments), the user accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
- The Company may update these Terms and publish the current version on Service pages and/or the website.
2. Definitions
- Service: AI Assistant web application, interface, domains/subdomains, API (if available), and feature modules.
- User Content: prompts, messages, files, and other materials submitted by the user.
- Outputs: content generated by the Service in response to user requests.
- AI Providers: external providers whose APIs/models are used to process requests.
- Organization: legal entity or sole proprietor using a corporate account.
- Corporate account: account mode where an organization controls access and payment.
3. Service description
- The Service may provide tools to create/process text, images, audio, and video.
- Third-party providers may be used, including:

Anthropic
ByteDance
Yandex
Qwen
MathPix
- Availability may depend on region, plan, provider status, technical limits, and security policies.
4. Account and security
- Some features require registration and an account.
- Users must provide accurate data where requested and keep it up to date.
- Users must keep credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized access.
- The Company may restrict access if compromise, abuse, or Terms violations are suspected.
5. Age requirements
- The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older.
- Users under 18 confirm they have legally required consent from a parent/legal guardian.
6. Acceptable use and prohibitions
- Users must use the Service lawfully and in good faith.
- Users may not:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, image rights, trade secrets);
- submit third-party personal data without legal basis and required consent;
- request or distribute malicious content (malware, phishing, hacking instructions, illegal activity);
- circumvent limits, filters, or security mechanisms;
- perform unauthorized automated access (scraping, brute force, DDoS, etc.);
- create or spread hateful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content.
- The Company may apply moderation and safety measures, including request limits and account blocking.
7. User content and outputs
- Users retain rights to their own content to the extent provided by law and confirm they have rights/permissions to submit it.
- By submitting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive license for processing/storage/display/transfer needed to provide the Service, ensure security, and provide support.
- Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Outputs are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
- Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
8. Third-party providers
- The Service may use third-party technologies and APIs.
- To process a request, the Service may transfer required request data/files to AI providers.
- Provider-side data processing is governed by provider terms and policies.
- The Company is not liable for downtime or policy changes of third-party providers.
9. Corporate accounts
- Organizations may create corporate accounts, add users, and assign roles.
- Organization admins may manage access, limits, billing, and account settings.
- Depending on configured corporate mode, admins may get access to part of user content if such access is enabled by organization settings.
10. Billing and limits
- The Service may offer free and paid options (subscriptions/packages/corporate plans).
- Usage limits may apply (requests, file size, speed/rate, model/function availability).
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
- Refund/cancellation terms depend on applicable law, plan terms, and payment provider rules.
11. Browser technologies
- The Service may use cookies and web storage for authentication, security, and preferences.
- Blocking cookies may cause some features to work incorrectly.
12. Browser permissions
- Browser may request camera/microphone permissions for media features.
- File access is provided via standard browser file picker and requires user action.
13. Intellectual property
- The Service and its components are protected intellectual property.
- Users get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.
- Copying, modification, reverse engineering, and similar actions are prohibited unless explicitly allowed by law or written permission.
14. Liability disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Within legal limits, the Company is not liable for decisions made based on generated outputs.
- The Company is not liable for content/services of third parties.
15. Suspension and termination
- The Company may restrict/suspend/terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, security risks, or abuse.
- The user may stop using the Service at any time.
16. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
- Parties should seek amicable resolution first; claims can be sent by email (see Contacts).
17. Related documents
- Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Privacy Policy prevails for data processing matters.
